About Chipkizi Cup
East Africa Chipkizi Cup 2026 brings together youth clubs from across East Africa to compete, be seen, and grow — this year's edition runs 2026.
Why it exists
Chipkizi Cup runs on hundreds of matches across a single week, with clubs travelling from Tanzania and neighbouring countries to take part. That scale only works if fixtures stay organised, results reach coaches and families the moment a match ends, and every player is competing in the age group they actually belong in. This site is how we hold ourselves to that.
Where talent gets seen
No one knows what the future holds for an aspiring young athlete. Through the Chipkizi Cup, boys and girls have been scouted both locally and internationally — including in Spain, the UK, the USA, Kenya, Belgium, and Denmark. Players have gone on to university scholarships in the USA, UK, Tanzania, and Kenya, and both boys and girls have received call-ups to national teams. That network keeps growing, and with it, the opportunities for youth across the region.

Every division has an age cutoff, checked automatically when a player is registered — so a U13 team is actually U13.

Scores, standings, and the knockout bracket update in real time, and every match, team, and player is one click away for coaches and fans alike.
Long-term player tracking
Every player gets a profile that follows them across editions, so a career — not just a season — starts to take shape.

Registration is open to any club fielding an eligible squad. Submit your roster and an organizer will review and approve it before the draw.
